Focus on Decarbonization
EH TITAN has been designed to accommodate either form of energy, electric batteries or hydrogen tanks, or simply change from one to the other, with the focus on decarbonization.
With bigger storage capacity than currently available on the truck or tractor market today, EH TITAN can rival the travel range of the current diesel trucks.
Global
Construction
CO2
Footprint
Construction is a major global activity. All material used in construction has a CO2 footprint from extraction, processing, transportation.
Global Environmental Effects
There is nothing on planet Earth that is not affected by the actions of its inhabitants. Even minute and insignificant individual actions, when occurring globally, can have enormous cumulative environmental effects.
Consider a city like Toronto, norms for transportation of excavated dirt away from construction sites, and the transportation of concrete aggregates (sand and gravel) to construction sites up to 300km round trip.
Toronto
Example
CO2
Footprint
It is estimated that construction of typical Toronto high rise building of 300,000 sq. ft. gross buildable area emits approximately 13,500 tons of CO2 from the combined transport of excavated soil from the construction site plus the transport of sand and gravel on the backhaul, that thus not take in account the rest of all materials to complete the buildings, such as ready-mix trucks and all other materials.
“Practical and direct, logic approach to problem solving, based upon known facts and existing technology. ”
Solution to a significant man-made problems
The proponent of the concept outlined herein submits that all requisite fundamental due diligence to conclude that its feasibility is real and immediate, the proposed technology has the potential to disrupt the global logistics of the world.
“There is nothing on planet Earth that is not affected by the actions of its inhabitants. Even minute and insignificant individual actions, when occurring globally, can have enormous cumulative environmental effects.”
A green environmental concept
The subject Electric/Hydrogen B-Train, described herein, is but one of a series of highly significant green environmental concepts devised by Giuseppe Ieradi, a Canadian entrepreneur who is upon a self-imposed, highly-personal, altruistic mission dedicated to simultaneously protecting and/or restoring the natural environment while yet further enhancing mankind’s benefits from present-day technology that is efficient, economical, scalable, sustainable, and always totally in harmony with the inherent physics of mother nature.
“Adding our technology to dump truck, ready mix truck, highway tractors and garbage trucks, the market is enormous.”
Market possibilities
Worldwide residential construction is estimated to annually transport over 7 billion cubic meters of material which is relocated from urban centers to a radius of up to 200km. The demand is constantly increasing and there are no signs of possible slow down.
EH TITAN can go anywhere a regular tri-axle dump truck can go, but with a payload that is over 3.5 times greater and emitting zero CO2
Dump trucks have typical load capacity of 10 cubic meters and a range of 1,000km. Contrast that with the EH TITAN and a maximum load capacity of 35 cubic meters and a range of 1,000km.

Load capacity 10 m3
Range 1000 km
1 driver = 10 m3
3,5 drivers needed to match EH TITAN
Load capacity 35 m3
Range 1000 km
1 driver = 35 m3
Average range of electric trucks currently on the market 400-500km.
“Reduced cost from $40.00 to $8.35 per cubic meter with backhaul.”
Economic Efficiency
The combined economic efficiency measures in the foregoing, is estimated to reduce the net cost of excavation from a current market rate of approximately $40.00 per cubic meter to $8.35 per cubic meter with backhaul.
With carbon credits and backhaul, the net cost can be reduced further.
GREATER EFFICIENCES
Greater efficiencies can be achieved through project management adoption and inclusion of operational changes, for example:
• Night shift operations during low traffic periods (considering the truck will be silent, night work would be possible)
• Their input supply trucks deadheading to distant sand and gravel quarries. There presently is zero coordination on transportation of sand aggregates between these two closely-related construction industry segments.
The major truck builders are consumed to extend the range, distance traveled per charge. We have the answer.
